How does the Daily Navigator work?

The Daily Navigator provides a smart overview of your tasks each day, featuring AI-powered insights, task aggregation, and adaptive time-based themes. It shows your most important tasks, due dates, and provides personalized productivity recommendations for Premium users.

How does the gamification system work?

Our gamification system includes experience points (XP), levels, and achievements. You earn XP for completing tasks, with bonus points for high-priority tasks and maintaining streaks. Level up to unlock new features and earn achievements for reaching productivity milestones.

How does data sync work?

TaskNavi uses iCloud for seamless synchronization across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Your data is automatically backed up and synced when you're connected to the internet. You can also export your data manually through the Settings menu.

What's included in Premium?

Premium features include:

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
  3. Select "Subscriptions"
  4. Find TaskNavi in the list
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Note: Canceling your subscription will not delete your tasks or data. You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
